The Neapolitan dough was ok, the GF dough was unusable. It fell apart, stuck to the pizza peal and wouldn’t cook. I could tell the minute it came out the packet it wasn’t going to go well. Was different to any GF pizza dough I’ve used previously. I’ll be going back to supplier I’ve used before.
