“Would not recommend. The dough arrived already defrosted. When I contacted customer service, I received a brief response advising me to go ahead and use it. However, anyone familiar with food safety standards knows that thawed food should never be refrozen. This raises serious concerns about handling and quality control.”

“I have tasted your pizza dough at a friends and loved it - would have loved it to taste in Scotland but unfortunately due to having a poor delivery service - two attempts at delivery were poor and the dough wasn’t cooled but no fault of yours - I just have to taste it when I go back to England - great Customer Service got refund straight away”

“Was looking for an oven that I could use any fuel in not be tied to only gas/ wood / pellet. Order delivery was super fast and really pleased with the quality of product. Had a small issue with some damage in transit but customer service was very responsive and immediately sorted a replacement part. Would highly recommend and the pizzas are great!”

“I purchased the Sourdough pizza dough balls and they are AMAZING. I've previously made my own dough or purchased sourdough dough balls from the supermarket but they don't come close to the tastiness of the Woody dough. This is proper quality and proper sourdough - not just masquerading as sourdough as a lot of them are. Resturant quality will for sure be buying again.”

“Fast Delivery, well packaged and easy to set up. Was looking for a small oven over a long period of time, finally chose the Woody (over mass market ones) and I'm so impressed. Now after 3 attempts I'm a pizza master. Keep things simple and use the Woody sourdough it makes all the difference.”
