It takes a leap of faith to order something like a mattress topper across the Atlantic. When I was following the review posted on the internet, I was somewhat skeptical. I neither expected this caliber of merchandise at the price I paid nor that it arrived so fast - all at an unbelievably low shipping charge. Immediately upon opening the crushed, re-taped shipping box that weathered the trip across the pond and the continent and taking out the cotton storage bag, I realized that this was a quality merchandise. The Brits, they always seem to know how to impress the buyers, I thought. The wool stays fluffy and complements our cherished investment, a Vi-Springs mattress for which we forked out the price of a compact car some years ago. Until we can afford a horse-hair topper, this one is to keep. Thanks a lot for such a great product and for making it even more affordable through your annual sale!
