I ordered an all seasons duvet (2 duvets that popper together). We have only used the lightest so far but it is perfect for summer use. We have had a wool duvet before so we knew that they are not as 'fluffy' as other types but it is very comfortable in use. I contacted customer services for some advice and found the lady at the other end very helpful and knowledgable about the products. The duvet was delivered very quickly.
