It would have been 5 stars as this is a great company to deal with and I love their products but I had a longer than usual wait for my last order as some items were out of stock which they did not notify me about. As I already knew that orders were delivered very quickly I found the fact that they didn't keep me up to date was not the service I had come to expect from The Wool Room.
