As someone already said below, the mattress is too firm. I’ve been trying to exchange the mattress for a softer one but because I was 13 day late to qualify for the 100 days guarantee period despite buying the mattress protector the company is being very difficult and will not exchange the mattress which is causing pain in my right hip and now after about 7 months it’s causing pain in right leg when walking. The company still refuses to help repeating to me that I had 100 days to report the issue. Now they’re sending an inspector … avoid
