Mrs.Alison
Over the last year I have tried several types of pillow, including memory foam and latex, to try to find something that gives me a comfortable night's sleep and avoids me waking up with neck and shoulder pain. (I have tendonitis in one shoulder and ongoing neck/upper back pain issues! I also have bank balance issues after all of the money I have spent on pillows!!) After endless internet searches I came across a review for wool pillows and ended up looking at the Woolroom. I bought two deluxe wool pillows which were on offer for £70. What drew me to these was the really positive reviews so far and the ability to take some of the filling out or add more in if necessary. The pillows were delivered very quickly with clear instructions on how to puff the filling up. After my first night, I felt the pillows were a little too full for me (still woke up with neck pain, but not quite so bad) so I removed a small amount of the filling and from then onwards, my pillow has been perfect! I've now slept on my pillow for three weeks and am sleeping comfortably and the difference to my back and shoulder pain is remarkable. I highly recommend trying a wool pillow, they are extremely comfortable and if you are prepared to take the time to get the amount of filling right for you, you may avoid having to take out a second mortgage to finance your search for a comfortable night's sleep.
