Excellent service with prompt delivery as promised. Our wool quilt is a very good product and, in our experience so far, lives up to everything that the Wool Room claimed for it. The weather has been very mild since we bought our quilt but it maintains an optimum temperature all night with no perspiring. If it smelt unduly of wool when new (as some comments have said) then we did not notice it!
