Would I use the Wool Room again? Definitely. The order arrived quickly but had the wrong sized items: not good. A phone call to the company saw the matter resolved very quickly and the right items arrived the next day. The attitude shown by Belle at the Wool Room created a very positive impression of the company. Things do go wrong - how it is then handled is a good measure of the company itself.
