Excellent product and exceptional service given by Gemma in Peak Village. A delivery problem (not the Wool Room's fault) was very efficiently resolved and our new bedding was delivered the next day.
We're delighted with our luxury warm duvet, mattress protector and pillows. It's hard to explain how the duvet is different to a feather duvet but it really is. Snug and cosy is the best we can come up with.
We highly recommend this company and this product and if you have the chance to call in to see Gemma, you will get fabulous service too.
