I am writing to give feedback regarding the high standard of service i received from your staff at the Edinburgh Wool Room. I had visited the shop prior to my purchases and decided to seriously consider buying a new mattress. Ann Marie and her staff were very helpful , they gave me all of the information i needed and i decided to buy one of the King size wool mattresses. I bought a mattress and two wool pillows as well as some blankets. The goods arrived as promised and my old mattress was taken away as requested. The mattress is so comfortable , my husband returned home from hospital and says he has never slept so well. Thank you Wool Room, if we happen to be near your factory we may call in to see what other products you have.
