Very easy order process and goods arrived well packaged and at the time promised. I had already seen the footstools so knew what to expect and I wasn't disappointed. Both the Aberdeen Angus and Highland Cow are very well made and have plenty of shaggy wool covering.
I had to ring the office after I placed the order as I'd made a typo on the delivery address, the lady who answered was extremely pleasant and helpful and corrected the mistake as soon as the online order reached her.
I'd definitely use the Wool Room again.
