I ordered a wool pillow and a bag of extra wool, having previously bought and loved a summer weight wool duvet. Unfortunately, however much wool I removed or added I just didn't find it comfortable. The wool compressed very quickly and I found it too hard. The Wool Room gave excellent customer service and I sent them both back and received a full refund very quickly. I will certainly buy from them again.
