I am very pleased with the level of service from the Wool Room, I ordered a 100% wool mattress enhancer and a mattress protector on the 23rd Dec 2015 and it arrived on the 30th Dec. They were in constant contact with me through text and email advising delivery date and time, I would highly recommend the Wool Room for quality and service.
