We have had our mattress topper now for a few months and it has made no difference to the quality of our sleep or made our mattress feel any comfier/softer.
The wool room got in contact with me within 24 hours and sent me a replacement straight away. We have had the new topper on the bed for the last few nights and the difference is like night and day and we are now very happy.
Top marks to the wool rooms customer service, the best company i have dealt with!
