The web site was very user friendly. I navigated the site with ease. Even when I later contacted customer services via e-mail as I had not included a discount code in my original order the service was friendly, prompt and efficient. I was impressed that I received the discount. The alpaca pillow arrived well sealed and protected and I am delighted with it. The carrier advised me that it was to be delivered extremely quickly and even gave me a short designated time slot NOT just a day and it arrived within that slot. Excellent choice of carrier chosen by the Wool Room. Well done Wool Room I shall be purchasing from you again in the not too distant future. A very satisfied customer!
