Confused. Duvet too hot so emailed to send it back, 30 day returns on sleep system ? No joy I should have purchases the whole system to qualify for a return. £150 nearly ! Other purchasers have given good reviews but said because every item is so expensive they have to buy either 1 or 2 items at a time hence nobody qualifies for the 30 day return. Sorry wool room, very disappointed. I know I should have read it more thoroughly my mistake. But what a big one. As for duvet oh dear not sure what to do with it.. Why on such an expensive du vet wool/ alpaca I do not qualify beats me.P's I didn't tell my husband I had changed the duvet and didn't say anything until he complained of being -HOT.
