The first duvet I ordered came the next day, but the second one took longer as I ordered it before a bank holiday. Good delivery service as they e-mail you with an hour slot, so you don't have to wait in all day. The lightweight duvets are a bit too warm for me now the weather is getting warmer, but I used the deluxe one on a colder night and it was lovely - light and soft. The second one I ordered was the standard lightweight duvet. It feels fine, but of course not as soft as the deluxe - I didn't want to spend as much on the second that I bought as my spare, so I am not disappointed with the quality - just to point out that you can feel the difference.
