Excellent service. Delivered on time and I was told what was happening.
The wool duvet is out of this world! We have tried every other type from fibre, feather and silk and we always got too hot.
The first night with our summer weight wool duvet (along with a wool under cover and wool pillows) was when it was warm weather a couple of weeks ago and we kept beautifully cool. Wish we'd had one years ago.
