I have a wool duvet, mattress cover and pillow. I sleep much better at night , I was surprised how cool I was recently when it was 26 to 28 dec in the room. The mattress cover is really comfy and luxurious, and the duvet can be split between two rooms in the summer. as it has two layers that clip together. It is much better with moisture control. The pillow can be fluffed up, by I have not done this yet.
