I bought this for my 4 year old who suffers from severe atopic dermatitis and also has a long list of food and airborne allergies. My son has a tendency to snuggle under the duvet which unfortunately makes him hot, he will either kick off the covers and wake up when he is cold later on or he overheats and as a result becomes itchy. He has been using the topper, pillow and quilt (heavier for a couple of weeks and lighter one since) for almost month now and I have noticed a significant improvement in his sleep (and mine!) despite his condition worsening due to the increased pollen levels. I cant tell you what it feels like to use them personally but my son says "I love it mummy, its so snuggly, its not too hot and its not too cold, its just right" Who am I to argue?!
