Always helpful and knowledgeable about products. Good displays in the showroom, Good to be able to handle to handle the product and look at other items of stock. Delivery has always been quick and efficient. I sleep more soundly and comfortably with this product and whilst kept warm, not clammy. The system works well especially the ability to stuff pillows as you prefer them with additional wool. Now looking to purchase a mattress in the near future as my son has been given a full set of duvets and pillows for his home as well.
