Ordered two pillows, one of which arrived within two days. The other was missing from the order, no problem, I sent the wool room an e-mail which they replied to 1/2 an hour later, they apologised and dispatched my second pillow which arrived the next day!
The pillows are extremely comfortable and seem to me to be cooler than my other pillows, which is great during the hot weather we are having at the moment.
Overall top quality products and great service!
