I bought two wool pillows a few weeks ago as I heard that they were very good for people who had trouble sleeping at night due to the heat. Within a few days I bought a mattress protector. I'm very pleased with these items and sleep more comfortably. I feel that the quality is very good and the service excellent. I ordered the items one day, the following day I received an email telling me that they would be delivered the following day with a 1 hour time slot. They arrived the next day on time as promised. Might even save up to buy a duvet. July 2016
