I already have a Wool Room deluxe wool pillow. I suffer from neck and shoulder pain. My physio suggested a Tempur orthopaedic pillow. I wanted to stick with wool. I found that the Wool Room do small bags of the wool used in their pillows. I bought 2 of these and was able to stuff extra wool into the pillow until it was firmer and more supportive of the neck and head. I ordered them on line on Sunday, 17th July, received email confirmation of order on Monday, 18th July and the goods were delivered on Tuesday, 19th July. An excellent product and service all round.
