Due to the fact that I am a very hot sleeper I was considering buying a wool duvet and pillows but did not really know which was the best one to buy given all my circumstances. However, on calling the Wool Room I spoke to an extremely helpful man who asked lots of questions about my house etc and suggested that I have the Alpaca duvet and deluxe pillows and I also bought a wool topper. It is so rare to find a company that knows that one of the keys to success is great customer service and they were excellent. They did make a little mistake by putting the wrong house number on my order but they corrected it immediately and my order arrived the following day. The duvet is extremely light and even though my bedroom is always very warm, I have not suffered any sweating as I had using goose down duvets. The wool pillows are a little harder than down, but no sweating. Excellent product and superb customer service.
