The order process was simple, and allowed for international shipping (it's amazing how many websites make this difficult!)
The customer service was on top of things...I'd typed the wrong address for shipping!)
The delivery was prompt...faster than in country from some sites!
The product: I am still learning how set my pillows, but everything seems fine.
