The transaction was smooth and easy. I loved the professional way the products were displayed and described. I ordered the deluxe pillow because I wanted the option of altering it to suit me. The first night I slept on it as it arrived, but found it too hard. The next day I removed quite a lot of wool and then teased the wool apart. It's not very thick now, but suits me fine as I can move it under my head and neck just as I like it. In the morning there's a deep indentation where my head has been which is understandable. I have a pillow protector on it and also a pillowcase. I've never had such a creased pillowcase before - that's not a problem, just an observation. I must add that I was so pleased with how the pillow was packed with the calico bag and the excellent quality cover. The information accompanying made interesting reading.
