My wool mattress topper, duvet and pillow are of beautiful quality, and the natural wool filling has kept me cool when it's been warm and warm when it's been cold, as promised. Everything arrived packaged in its own canvas bag, which I will keep for when I move house, and with a lovely smell of new wool! Excellent service. I'm genuinely glad that I spent my money with them.
