Finally after receiving my bed frame (from another supplier) can I now enjoy my new wool mattress and wool bedding and it was worth waiting for. I cannot fault the products or customer service in any way. The products are simply excellent quality, packaged well and excellent attention to detail, the way that products should be made but in my experience not so much these days so I am a very satisfied customer. The customer service also excellent, nothing was too much trouble for the helpful staff, in particular Zoe who I had dealings with. From the very start explaining the process and detail of the products to the very end keeping me informed of delivery. And the best part of all, the materials are completely natural all Wool, no chemicals or bleaching, what more could you want? I would highly recommend this company and will only come back to The Wool Room in future should I need any more bedding. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
