After placing my order, I was informed that there would be a delay in delivery, which was helpful. I was then given a choice of delivery date and/or the option to have the delivery left in a safe place if I was going to be out. The items arrived with no unnecessary packaging and on the date arranged. I am now very happy with my wool duvet and pillow.
