Bought duvet, pillows and protector as a gift so not used yet, but, quality looks very good. Impressively packed in own calico bags. Communications first rate and arrived five minutes into notified one hour delivery slot. After waiting all day for a parcel ( from a different company ) not to show up it's nice to know that some companies still know how to do things properly. Will review again once used but all looks great.
