We have ordered the mattress, topper, duvet and pillows from your company and were very impressed by the service we received from the agent who sold us the products to yourselves. The goods were delivered extremely promptly and the courier was extremely helpful in allocating a time to suit me. The mattress is extremely comfortable but I am having to get used to the duvet, not quite as user friendly as I had expected but I am sure it will come in time.
