Ordered mattress protector on Wednesday and it arrived on Friday with texts in advance of delivery. So. The service was superb and the product divine. Currently looking at ordering more mattress protectors for members of my family and about to order bedding. What a wonderful "find" The Wool Room is. I cannot recommend it highly enough
