It is pleasing that whilst there are very few negative reviews regarding the products, the company is prepared to enter into conversations with the buyer to try and reach a satisfactory conclusion. I used the company on recommendation of a friend, so pleased I did. I purchased two deluxe wool pillows and can say without hesitation my husband and I have had really comfortable sleep with them. We particularly like the fact that wool can be taken out and added to... I prefer a flatter softer pillow and my husband a firmer thicker- he has my excess wool - all happy!
