The best word to describe The Wool Room is "Brilliant'. Everything I have bought has been well worth the cost. The last item I bought was online and the whole process was faultless. The staff in my local shop are extremely polite and helpful - even if you are only window shopping. Taken as a whole the Wool Room sells goods of impeccable quality and worth every penny and their ordering and delivery are second to none.
