Ordering was easy, and delivery arranged in a way that not only allowed me to track the package but gave me a one-hour window in which it was to be delivered, which was very helpful. The products themselves are absolutely outstanding. The mattress protector and quilt ensure I'm sleeping between layers of wool, and I've been sleeping better than I had done for years. The pillow is very comfortable as well. I would not go back to any other bedding, as this really is the ultimate in comfort.
