Initially I was made happy by The Wool Room when I received, speedily, my luxurious quality pillow., albeit at a price rather above the norm for me - but hey ho it might save on physio bills!
Fascinating to find that I could unzip and remove fleece if too springy. I have done this and it works so well.
Maybe 4 days later I received an email re Black Friday - and there was my pillow greatly reduced....sad !
