The quality of the products is excellent. This is my second purchase, a mattress topper that is lovely and warm. It also adds a bit of softness to my mattress but not as much as I thought it would. I'm giving it five stars because I really like it but one thing I don't like is the fact that it 'creeps' a bit in the night but that's the only thing. I can't fault The Wool Room, as both of my orders arrived very quickly and I particularly liked the fact that I could 'track' the courier.
