The service is excellent. Delivery efficient. I have a duvet that I love.
I also like the sustainable cruelty free aspect of the wool products.
But latest order of two pillow - standard and luxury - I am disappointed. I find them hard with no 'give'. I have opened the luxury and shaken the wool and removed a small amount but still not happy. I sleep badly and was hoping this would help me sleep better. Just too 'solid'
