Service was excellent and the of quality goods received were also excellent. What can i say sleeping with the wool duvet and pillows etc has improved our quality of sleep reduced sweats and the bed looks perfect when made up no creasing no lumps or bumps as you can gather we are delighted and would recommend the products to everyone regardless of age
