I LOVE this Company and their products! Sleeping on, and in, wool has most definitely ensured I'm getting consistently better and more restful sleep - and more of it. I now sleep on the alpaca mattress enhancer (which is just perfect - offering a wonderful softness to my mattress), with deluxe mattress protector, and wool pillows - and its complete heaven, no longer waking up in a sweat but being cosy and snug. My spare bed boasts the deluxe mattress topper, protector and pillows for my lucky visitors! I have wool duvets from another Company but, when I can afford it, plan to buy the all season alpaca combo from the Wool Room - convinced by the enhancer that they will be lightweight, warm and utterly gorgeous. The customer service is second to none (when I rang querying an extra 10% discount for loyalty AFTER I had placed my order, it was immediately offered to me unconditionally on that order) - packaging is excellent but not excessive, in lovely canvas bags, with a superb delivery system, arriving within 2 days and given an hour's time slot. Just brilliant! Thank you - I can't wait for my next purchase, and can't recommend everything about the Wool Room, and their wonderful products, highly enough!
