I will admit I did not believe that a wool duvet and pillow would help me sleep better but it absolutely does! I suffer really badly with hot sweats and had to get up 4 times a night, sometimes moving to the spare bedroom for a cooler fresher bed. Since I have had my wool duvet and pillow I have slept so much better, only getting up once in the night. I feel much more relaxed and comfy in bed and so much more refreshed in the morning. I would urge any menopausal women to give it a go, it certainly has improved my quality of sleep immensely.
