Excellent service, and very good products as usual, the only disappointment was the pricing structure, we brought them" on special offer as we thought" only to find a short while after phoning the order through the price has now dropped further ?. We have now ordered a mattress and hope the same situation does not arise otherwise it will be returned very quickly. Lots of companies seem to have this idea of offering a sale price and then increasing the discounts at a later date which we find very annoying.
