I have brought 2 toppers and a double duvet. I am very impressed with the items as I am a very hot sleeper this was the ONLY topper that gave comfort and coolness (tried 4). The duvet wasn't as thin as I was expecting and the topper really did add that softness to a slightly to hard matress. Next to the service. One of the toppers had a fault upon delivery. I contacted the company who replaced it next day as well as saying keep the other faulty one to put on another bed as a result of the faulty product. This sort of customer service left me speechless and they will have my loyalty for this. Wool may be more expensive than synthetic materials but there is a reason for it. I wish I took the plunge long ago. When you have a great service with great product you won't regret paying that bit more. Hope this helped anyone who was unsure. Dan
