Purchased two deluxe pillows which are excellent. I took out some wool out of my pillow to adapt to my liking whereas my husband is happy with his full. I love the concept that you can wash the pillowcase on its own by taking the wool out of the case and storing it on the canvas bag until the pillowcase is dry. Another plus is being able to buy more wool to top up the pillows if and when required. I have had trouble getting the right pillow to get a good night's sleep. This deluxe pillow is the perfect one for me. Since using this pillow I don't get any neck pain. It's comfortable and cosy and my quality of sleep has improved. My husband reiterates these comments too. Excellent product, excellent service from The Wool Room. Looking forward to buying other products (firstly toppers and eventually quilts) when our budget will allow. I have not hesitated to recommend this product to friends and family. They are just brilliant - the pillows and The Wool Room.
