I love it- the mattress topper is superb, the pillows are a little bit firm for me but I suspect I can take out some of the wool but actually I am getting used to them. My first night I was too hot had both duvets poppered together - am now sleeping under 300 gms and it is perfect. Very impressive prompt delivery and presentation. Thanks
