First of all their website is well laid out and informative to use. We received our order quickly, with good delivery updates. The quality of the items we had was excellent. No Made in China labels to be seen, just Made in EU labels. Be nice to be labelled UK. Comfort wise very good, the double thickness duvet is a great idea, the mattress topper comfortable, the pillows give a nice balance between support and softness, not hot like some. All items were well packaged with their own covers, pillows came nicely quilted. Not the cheapest, but quality costs. More than pleased to have come across The Wool Room on the net.
