I ordered a 1-2 tog king size duvet on a Sunday and it was delivered 3 days later. The delivery system is very good, giving an hour window for delivery which actually happened within the window given - impressive.
I love the duvet as it takes no time to warm up when I get into bed but I am in no danger of overheating as was the case with my synthetic duvet. Overall, I am impressed with the company and I will be ordering other items in the future.
