Ordered on-line for collection in store. I was visiting the peak district on the Bank Holiday weekend, which worked well for me. I was in for a bit of a shock as when I arrived at the shop it was empty. Thankfully my panic only lasted a few seconds as I realised that the Wool Room had moved to larger premises opposite. I was greeted by two friendly members of staff who helped me with a query about another product. All in all I was very happy with the service that I received from the Wool Room and would highly recommend them to others
